Terms of service

Evokiva provides personal coaching over text messages, grounded in motivational interviewing. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental-health treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from a licensed professional. Your coach won’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 in an emergency.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to give us accurate information — including a phone number you own — and to keep your account credentials to yourself.

Use Evokiva for your own personal coaching. Don’t:

• harass, threaten, or abuse anyone through the service;
• use it for anything unlawful, or to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems;
• impersonate someone else or sign up with a phone number that isn’t yours;
• resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its coaching content.

You can pause coaching anytime in your settings, or ask us to delete your account entirely. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk; where reasonable, we’ll tell you why.

Evokiva is provided “as is.” Coaching outcomes depend on you, and we make no guarantees about results. To the fullest extent the law allows, Evokiva and its team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

If we change these terms materially, we’ll notify you by email before the changes take effect; continuing to use Evokiva after that means you accept them. Questions? Write to support@evokiva.com.
