Messaging consent
Effective July 2026
Evokiva coaching happens over text, so we're explicit about what you're agreeing to when you sign up — and how to stop whenever you want.
What signing up means
When you complete intake and verify your phone number, you consent to receive coaching text messages from Evokiva at that number. That includes your coach’s conversational messages, occasional check-ins, and verification codes. Consent to coaching texts is part of how the service works — but it’s yours to withdraw at any time.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by coaching journey and by how the conversation is going — typically a few messages per conversation, a few times a week. Your coach adapts to your pace rather than texting on a fixed schedule.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Evokiva doesn’t charge for messages during early access; your carrier bills you as it would for any texts.
How to stop
You can stop coaching texts at any time, in whichever way is easiest:
- Tell your coach — reply to any coaching text saying you want to stop, and we will.
- Pause in settings — open your portal settingsand choose “Pause coaching.” We stop texting until you resume, and your progress is saved.
- Email us — write to support@evokiva.com from your account email.
